As shown in pictures is the trial assembly site of 45m 3 legged angle steel tower for our Samoan client. Trial assembly before hot-dip galvanization helps ensure that all components of the angle steel tower fit together correctly and align properly before galvanization. It allows for the identification of any discrepancies or issues in the assembly process that can be addressed and corrected before the final galvanization step.  Ensuring proper fit and alignment through trial assembly before galvanization can contribute to the long-term durability and performance of the angle steel tower, reducing the risk of premature corrosion or structural issues.    

At the meeting, Li Quangong, deputy director of the Planning and Development Department of the China Iron and Steel Association, introduced the relevant situation of the China Iron and Steel Association's work in promoting the coordinated development of steel structure buildings. Wang Zhanhui, manager of Shandong Luye Project Management Co., Ltd. of Shandong Steel Laigang, shared the experience of building the Laigang Steel Structure Industrial Park. Ma Shuxin, deputy general manager of Baosteel Construction Technology, introduced the excellent practice cases of ecological collaboration in the steel structure building industry chain. The delegates also exchanged views on the theme of promoting and applying steel structure buildings, and on the construction of steel structure industry clusters and relevant policy suggestions for the promotion of steel structure buildings. In his concluding speech, Xia Nong said that the China Iron and Steel Association will be committed to promoting the promotion and application of steel structure buildings to a new level and continue to work hard. He hopes that the participating companies can find their position in the new track of coordinated development of the steel structure building industry chain and form a unique competitive advantage. Afterwards, he talked about his opinions and suggestions on the promotion and application of steel structure buildings. First, the coordinated development of the steel structure building industry chain has made new progress, and the foundation and conditions for the promotion and application of steel structure buildings have become more solid. It is mainly reflected in the fact that relevant national policy documents clearly state that it is necessary to accelerate the development of steel structure buildings and focus on improving the entire industry chain; excellent cases of steel structure buildings continue to emerge; and the understanding of steel structure buildings by all relevant parties continues to improve. Second, Laigang's experience in building a steel structure industrial park and Baosteel's excellent practice in steel structure construction are beneficial explorations and practices for the development of the steel structure construction industry. We hope that the participating companies will learn from their own reality.   Third, reform and innovation are the fundamental way to promote the healthy development of the steel structure construction industry. We must explore and innovate in response to difficult problems such as high costs and insufficient economy in the steel structure residential industry, continuously improve the performance and efficiency of steel structure residential buildings in terms of safety, comfort, greening, and intelligence, and continuously achieve new breakthroughs and new results. The Mutún Steel Complex, scheduled to be inaugurated on February 24 near the Brazilian border, marks a key step in Bolivia's industrialization, a long-cherished vision for the country over the past half century. Now this dream has finally come true with the support of China. The Mutún Steel Complex consists of seven sub-projects: ore dressing, pelletizing, direct reduced iron (DRI), steelmaking, rolling, electricity and utilities, of which the first five are core production links. The project, led by China's Sinosteel Engineering and Technology, will produce 200,000 tons of steel per year, including key products such as rebar and wire mesh, and is expected to contribute $260 million to the Bolivian economy. Mutún Steel will process 66,000 tons of raw materials (iron ore) per month, which comes from the El Cerro Mutún mine. According to the estimated research on the potential reserves of Muton, its iron ore reserves are as high as 40 billion tons, which is the largest iron ore deposit in the world. The core mining area of ​​the Simandou iron ore project, which will be put into production at the end of this year, covers an area of ​​738 square kilometers. It is a world-class large-scale high-quality open-pit hematite mine, and the reserves of the north and south blocks are only 4 billion tons. It is reported that the grade of processed iron ore in the Muton iron ore mine is between 62% and 65%, and the main products are fine powder and lump ore, with a monthly production capacity of 80,000 to 100,000 tons. Bolivian media commented that under the leadership of President Luis Arce, Bolivia is working hard to revitalize the economy, and the commissioning of the steel project is the key to overcoming challenges such as the decline in the country's natural gas exports.  

On February 11, 2025, Pakistani customers who purchased tower parts came to China for pre-shipment inspection and factory visit. After a thorough inspection, the customer finally confirmed that there was no problem and agreed to ship the goods and expressed his willingness to deepen cooperation.
