It is necessary to strengthen research on major issues, focus on key areas such as global spectrum resource management, 5G/6G, and satellite Internet, strengthen situation analysis and judgment, improve decision-making support capabilities, and accelerate the construction of distinctive and professional think tanks. It is necessary to improve core business capabilities, continuously improve spectrum resource development and utilization support capabilities and electromagnetic space security assurance technical levels, and actively participate in international radio management affairs.
