Raw Material

When purchasing the raw material (steel plate), on sheet of mill certificate from mill factory must be enclosed. When the raw material arrives at the warehouse, the quality department must take the elongation test and the chemical composition analysis to make sure the raw material have meet all the standard that the needed before production.

Material standard :ASTM GR652.Cuting :Cuting the raw material that have meet all the standard required into different length and width .

3.Molding :Forming the cutted steel plate into the shape (circular or polygonal)that as per specified in the drawing .

4.Welding :After molding ,weld the steel plate together .Uauslly it is longitudinal welds.
5.Dimension verify :Afer welding ,check the diameter ,length according to the drawing .

   Welding standard:ASTM A 252-1998 or ASTM A 714-1999
7.Drill:Drill the hole at the right location as requested in the drawing.
8.Calibration:check the straightness and diameter to make sure it meet all the requirement .
9.Deburr: All burrs after drilling or cutting of steels shall be deburred and appropriately chamfered before galvanized
10.Galvanization :All poles internally and externally are to be hot-dip
       galvanized in accordance with requirement mentioned in the relevant drawing or specification
      Galvanization standard:IS2629-1985 ,BS729-1971

11.Recalibration:recheck the straightness and diameter to make sure it meet all the requirement after galvanization.

  

 

        

12.Thread:Thread the parts that needs screw thread ot make sure it can installed successfully at site .
13.Packages: Our poles as normal cover by sea /road -worthy wooden
packing material ,anyway also can following by client required , each 40HC or OT can loading how many pcs will calculation base on the client actually specification and data
