This product is used to fix wires or lightning protection wires to the tensile insulator strings of non-linear towers. It acts as an anchor and is also used to fix the guy wires of the stay towers.

Strain Clamp（Bolt Type）

NLD & NLL Series bolt type tension clamps are mainly used in standing electric power line or substation, stationary conduction line and lightning conductor and also be used in jointing the strain insulators by joining hardware or jointing the lightning conductor with the perch.

The clamp body and keepers are malleable iron,the cotter-pin stainess steelwork,the other parts are steel.

Grip strength of the clamp is more than 95% break strength of the conductor.

NLL series is suitable for aerial line up to 220 kv, fixing aluminium wire or steel core aluminium wire on the strain pole.

Packaging and Shipment: 

Generally, sea-worthy packaging will be adoped, using plastic bags and metal mesh/ wood crate. Quantity each crate/ mesh contains will be showned on the marks marked on the package.
